How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 2–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere within Europe. If you would like to place an order outside the EU, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I return my bracelet?

Yes, you can return your bracelet within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition and comes with the dust bag.

What are the bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are made of enamel, which is metal coated with a layer of glass. The quality is very high, and the color remains vibrant over time. We do recommend avoiding contact with water. Each bracelet comes with a cotton dust bag for safe storage.

What sizes are available?

All our bracelets have an inner diameter of 5.5–6 cm, which is considered one size. They are made with high-quality elastic, making them very flexible and comfortable to wear.

How do I take care of my bracelet?

To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store it in the provided dust bag when not in use to protect it from scratches and dust.

Can I send a bracelet as a gift?

Absolutely! You can add a personal note at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order. All bracelets come with a cotton dust bag, making them perfect for gifting.
