Return Policy

Want to return something? No problem, as long as you meet the conditions below! 

Products from loummé that were purchased at a retailer or in a store cannot be returned via the webshop. In that case, please contact the relevant store directly.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
  • The return shipping costs, shipping risk, and proper dispatch of the return package are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Make sure the product is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Your return must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept earrings if the packaging has been opened.
Non-returnable items
The following products cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized jewelry

Sending your return
  • Always include a note with your name and order number in the return package.
  • Make sure your return is properly and securely packaged. As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.
  • Returns without correct information or that are damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be processed.
International Returns

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package as 'returned goods' to avoid customs charges.
Please note that loummé is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned items. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
